‘Everyone can relate to employment law making it very tangible and lively, something that really appeals to me. Moreover, it is a multidisciplinary area of law and has many interfaces with other areas of law. The versatility of employment law combined with the constant change in legislation and regulations make the work a constant challenge for me and allowing me to keep developing myself. I like knowing everything in detail and I to make the most of it. I am pleased that at Boontje everyone has this attitude and there is plenty of room for personal development.’
