Juno Terpstra

‘I have a strong sense of justice and take a particular interest in equal treatment cases and issues surrounding inappropriate behavior in the workplace. In Boontje’s litigation practice group, my background in employment law and liability law come together perfectly. I enjoy diving deep into complex legal issues and look beyond just the legal solution. My experience as an in-house counsel helps me to translate my advice into the client’s day-to-day practice.’

Juno is social and takes a personal approach. She values good relationships with clients and colleagues and tackles cases with a healthy dose of enthusiasm. She is analytical, has a keen eye and remains calm under pressure.

Outside of work, Juno plays the piano and enjoys going to concerts and the theater. She loves reading and films, regularly travels and is a passionate Arsenal fan.
